General Q&A
When will my order arrive?
Some items will ship from August onwards, depending on what you’ve selected. Made-to-order items may take a little longer. Your account manager will keep you updated on delivery timelines.
Can I see more images of the items?
Photography is currently underway - we had to race the samples to RMX, after the event more shots will be taken.
Can I add my office logo?
Yes. Many items in the REMAX range are customisable with office or team branding. For stocked products, you’ll see a customisation option with minimum volumes listed. For made-to-order products, simply include your details when ordering and your account manager will confirm artwork before production.

Is freight included?
Freight is calculated based on location and order size. Your account manager will confirm costs prior to dispatch.
How do I pay?
Pay by credit card via the REMAX online store or request an invoice for payment.
